The Plone CMS (Content Management System) offers a lot of functionality out of the box. This versatility makes Plone an useful tool for a diverse range of customers. However, each of those customers have their own processes and requirements to match -  herein lies my challenge.

The art is talking to the customer to get these specific requirements clear. Now we need to find the most optimal mix of standard functionality, available add-ons and custom solutions to fulfil these requirements.

Besides solving this puzzle, I also enjoy collaborating with the team to realise the chosen solution. This includes implementing of the custom solutions; not least because of the beauty of the Python programming language.

However, most of my satisfaction comes from the response of the customer. No matter the project,  a happy customer is the best compliment and the greatest reward.
